How many Walkalone alerts can I use?
You'll receive a maximum of 120 alerts per year (up to 10 alerts per month).
You can set one or two emergency contacts to receive alerts in your You ID Me profile. If you trigger an alert and have set one emergency contact to receive alerts then your alert balance will reduce by one.
If you set both emergency contacts to receive alerts then each trigger will send two alerts; one to each of your contacts.
If you deplete your quota it will be automatically refreshed on the monthly anniversary of your subscription to the service.
